I've spent years in Airline Operations Centers; the kind of environment where systems don't get to go down while there's a plane in the air. Twenty-four-seven operations, zero tolerance for outages, and a deep respect for what happens when critical infrastructure fails at the wrong moment. That background shaped how I think about technology: it either works reliably, or it doesn't count.
As a first-generation immigrant, my family came to the United States from South Africa, and bought a small hotel. I grew up helping run it — and watched firsthand how difficult it was to find IT support that was both competent and affordable. The options were enterprise vendors charging enterprise prices for small-business problems, or freelancers who disappeared after the first invoice.
That gap stuck with me. Bellhop Technologies exists because I made it my mission to bring enterprise-level technology to small businesses — the planning, the reliability, the security — at a price that makes sense for the people who actually need it most.
When I'm not solving someone's infrastructure problem, you'll find me flying small aircraft, exploring something underwater, or planning the next trip to somewhere I haven't been yet.
None of this happens without help, and I couldn't do it without ....
Why “Bellhop”?
The name isn't a metaphor we came up with in a branding meeting. It started with an actual hotel.
My family's hotel was too small for bellhops — but the idea stuck: someone whose entire job is to take what you're carrying and make sure it gets where it needs to go. No questions, no drama, no "that's not my department."
That's what we do with technology. The decisions, the maintenance, the things keeping you up at night — we take them off your hands. You focus on your guests, your customers, your work. We handle the rest.
Small on Purpose
Bellhop Technologies is a small company by design. When you work with us, you work with us — not a sales team, not a rotating cast of subcontractors, not a ticket queue. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
We're based in the South Metro Atlanta area and primarily work remotely, which means we can support clients wherever they are without burning billable hours on windshield time.
