Complete wireless overhaul providing high-speed coverage across all 15 guest rooms and outdoor areas, replacing inadequate legacy infrastructure.
Custom PBX System
Designed and deployed a per-minute VoIP PBX using off-the-shelf WiFi handsets. Guests set their own wake-up calls; office staff use text-to-speech to build custom call trees for closures and announcements.
OTA Channel Integration
Connected the hotel's custom-built reservation software with Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, and their own website for unified availability and rate management.
PBX–Reservation Integration
Linked the phone system to reservation software so front desk staff see upcoming reservations and guest history for incoming callers before picking up.
